The updates honestly surprised me, as I was expecting this game to be abandoned, but luckily that’s not the case! This game was already awesome, and it’s really exciting to see the developers still working on it and making it even better. After a long time on the App Store, they continued to make this game even better. You probably will have to spend some money on coins to unlock more airports and airplanes, but it’s worth it, especially to support the developers here. Terminal cameras are also added, and now, traffic is a lot of congested, so make sure you’re watching your planes! Now, you’ll have an easier way to get to the airport radar, approach radar, and timetable, all in one menu. The most recent updates overhauls the graphics for the airport and the interface. Coins are easier to earn, and unlocking gates to progress through the levels is much easier than before. Previously, the graphics were OKAY, the plane quality was OKAY, but with the new updates, we have better graphics, and more realistic aircraft.

I’ve been playing this for a few years now, and I kinda stopped because it was hard to earn coins and unlock new gates to progress, but with the new update, it’s made it easier, so I’ve been playing a lot more. If you want to experience the best air traffic control simulation on a mobile device, this is it. The ability to clear aircraft to cross an active runway before they come to a stop at the runwayįinally, aircraft checking in with the controller after crossing a runway is redundant in a single player game and clogs up the frequency Currently, gates only become available once the aircraft receives taxi clearance. I’d like to be able to send arriving aircraft to currently-occupied gates that I know are about to become vacant. I’ve caused an accident from clearing an aircraft for takeoff that I meant to line-up and wait on. The ability to monitor wind and change active runways in-game would be interesting, even if it’s automated for an extra challenge.Ī cancel takeoff clearance / abort takeoff button should be implemented. A stationary background with the radar foreground will do just fine. Similarly, the screen still moves underneath the radar display, and the stationary radar with the moving background is slightly disorienting. Aircraft views and camera views do not need this setting, just the tower. Reduce motion setting: from the tower view, clicking a plane would shift the screen directly to the aircraft rather than scroll the screen, and the camera no longer follows the aircraft if the setting is enabled. I’ve put maybe 8+ hours into the game so far and have a few suggestions that would make this a 5 star game in my opinion: There are lots of airports to level up to both realistic and fictional.Overall, this is a fantastic game. The goal of the game is to have as many arrivals and departures as possible without having a collision or a go around.

You start out controlling a small regional airport that handles 737 family and A320 family and ATRs but then when you have a certain amount of points you can level up to a larger airport.
Buy gate in unmatched air traffic control simulator#
It is a mobile ATC simulator that consists of the frequencies of Tower, Ground and Clearance. I have recently started playing it again and I can’t stop playing it. Does anyone play Unmatched Air Traffic Control?
